Facet Posters (pack of 4)

This set of four flipchart-sized posters can be used to display a team’s scores on each of the twenty MBTI Step II facets. They are great for team events, for raising group awareness and promoting development. They can be used to chart the spread of scores for the team members and to explore different elements of team interaction. Each poster displays the five facets related to each preference and also contains illustrations for each end of each facet.

The posters are colour coded to tie in with other Type resources, supporting a continuing Development Journey and providing a platform for integrated discussions about team development.
