We adopt a layered approach to privacy and data protection. We have a Privacy Policy (revised 29th April 2023) which contains detailed information on how we handle personal data in our UK and European operations in accordance with current data protection law as applicable to our UK and European businesses, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK DPA), UK GDPR (as incorporated into UK law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal Act) 2018), and EU GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/ 679), together with any applicable enacting, successor, supplementing or amending legislation. We also have privacy notices at various points on our website and other operational systems where personal data is collected. These privacy notices appear as pop-ups or within forms for completion at the relevant points where personal data is collected.
