In-house MBTI® certification 

In-house certification is available for organizations looking to certify six or more employees to use the MBTI® assessment. The program can be run in-person at your office or virtually, on dates that are convenient for you and your participants.

Your in-house certification will be led by an experienced consultant from The Myers-Briggs Company, meaning your team learns from a true people development expert.

In-person or virtual training
Whether your team is office-based or remote, we’ve got you covered. We offer both in-person and virtual in-house programs. For in-person programs, our expert consultants will travel to you.

Flexible program delivery
When it comes to the “when” and the “how” for in-house delivery, you’ve got options. Need your virtual MBTI® Step I™ program delivered over two weeks rather than the standard three days? No problem. Need a specific start time for one day (or for all three days) of your program? We can do that. Whatever your requirements, we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Receive CCE hours
One of the many benefits of becoming MBTI certified is receiving Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours for the work you put in. Both in-person and virtual certification sessions are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). See the available hours.

Whats the program format?

  • In-house certification is available for groups of six or more participants from the same organization training at the same time.
  • Our standard program is three full days of instructor-led training for the MBTI® Step I™ assessment and an additional two days of instructor-led training for the MBTI® Step II™ assessment. You have the option to train on the MBTI® Step I™ and II™ assessments at the same time or separately. The exact dates for your in-house program are up to you.
  • The program can be delivered virtually or in-person at your chosen location.
  • Includes participant materials and practitioner tools, as well as complimentary MBTI reports for each participant.

How does it work?

  1. Contact us using the form below. A representative from The Myers-Briggs Company will follow up with you to scope your needs and provide a proposal.
  2. Once the proposal is accepted and a contract signed, we’ll confirm your program dates.
  3. Before the start of the program, participants will need to complete around three to four hours of online prework.
  4. Participants attend the program on the agreed dates.
  5. Participants complete and pass an assessed feedback session and online multiple-choice exam at the end of the program to become MBTI Certified Practitioners.
