Office hours
Our UK office will close at 13:00 on Tuesday 24 December.
It will reopen on Thursday 2 January, 2025.

Orders and dispatch dates
Here’s a summary of the key information (times are GMT).
- Orders placed on Thursday 19 December before 15:15 will be dispatched the same day.
- On Friday 20 December will still be open for orders, but call or email us to talk about your delivery options.
- Orders placed after 15:15 on 19 December will be dispatched when we re-open, on 2 January.
Delivery dates will vary. Please speak to the team as soon as possible if you have a specific delivery date in mind.
You can place orders online throughout the festive period as normal, and these will be dispatched on 2 January.
You can order virtual products and credits online throughout the festive period in the usual way—normal conditions apply.
