What training do you need?

Certification programs—learn to use The Myers-Briggs Company's psychometric assessments

Get certified to use a range of psychometric tools, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®)  and FIRO® assessments.

Application courses—learn how to practically apply personality assessments to specific business challenges

Our in-depth practitioner workshops cover a range of business applications for those already certified to use the MBTI or FIRO assessments. These include leadership development, change and conflict management, team building, and coaching. 

Our TKI™ application workshop does not require certification and is open to anyone looking to resolve conflict quickly and effectively.

How to train to use psychometric assessments

We run a comprehensive schedule of public certification programs and can also deliver any of our courses in-house where there are six or more participants from the same organization. When run in-house, our training programs can be tailored to the needs and goals of your organization, enabling you to get maximum benefit from our assessments.
