In-house MBTI^® Step II^™ certification

In-house MBTI Step II certification is for organizations that want to certify a group of 6 or more employees to use the MBTI Step II assessment. All participants must be certified to use the MBTI Step I assessment prior to attending.

It can be run in-person at your office or virtually on dates that are convenient for you.

And because it's led by an experienced faculty member from The Myers-Briggs Company, your group learns from a people-development expert with years of experience addressing organizational challenges.
