President and Chief Executive Officer

John Maketa is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in the human capital and talent measurement sector. John’s career began at The Myers-Briggs Company when it was known as CPP, where he developed a thorough understanding of our history, marketplace, methodology and offerings. John then assumed key leadership positions at Pearson TalentLens and Performance Assessment Network. In both roles, he was responsible for accelerated revenue generation and product innovation to increase the valuation of both organizations during his tenure. John then spent several years overseeing business operations and the revenue team at Caliper Corp. During this time, he orchestrated a strategy to drive organic growth by harnessing pockets of excellence, making investments in new product innovation, and upgrading the marketing and sales functions. In addition to these leadership roles, John has worked as a due diligence advisor for various investment firms in the L&D and technology sectors.

Bryan Martin brings two decades of dedicated leadership to operational efficiency and strategic business growth, with a particular knack for steering companies through significant transitions, such as shifting to SaaS models and implementing enterprise systems.

With a thoughtful approach and a keen sensitivity to team dynamics, Bryan is committed to fostering collaborative environments where high-performance teams can thrive. His experience has taught him the value of every team member's contribution and the importance of transparent communication in achieving collective goals.

Holding a degree in International Relations from Harvard University, Bryan has continuously expanded his expertise with certifications spanning project management to strategic facilitation. He believes in leading with humility and is always eager to learn from each new challenge. His focus remains on making meaningful impacts that not only drive business success but also support and develop his team.

Nicole Trapasso, Vice President, Human Resources & Organizational Development

Dayna Williams leverages over 20 years of product-led growth strategy and deep talent development experience to lead the full go-to-market team at The Myers-Briggs Company. During her time at Caliper Corp., Dayna led a scalable content commercialization team which significantly increased the company’s valuation in just 18 months. Before that, she spent many years with various sales training and enablement firms, including Richardson Sales Performance, where she engaged with hundreds of VPs of Sales, CROs, and CEOs to understand their growth challenges. Those experiences and lessons learned prompted Dayna to author ‘The Diligence Fix’ which helps operating executives build stable, growth-ready revenue organizations. Since 2018 she has also served the Association for Talent Development as program chair for the organization’s sales enablement conference, SELL. Dayna enthusiastically combines patterns, trends, real-world experience, and common sense to offer practical insights and help others make the best decisions.

Liam OConnor Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Liam oversees the financial stability of all of The Myers-Briggs Company's operations. He provides robust financial management to help The Myers-Briggs Company meet its ambitious strategic objectives, including new product development and further international expansion. Liam joined The Myers-Briggs Company (formerly OPP Limited in Oxford) in 2011 and has overseen the development of the business including the disposal of subsidiary entities.

Liam is a chartered accountant with over 25 years’ financial experience, having worked in public practice, multinational PLCs and SMEs. He brings expertise from the software, pharmaceutical and fleet-management sectors, with a focus on strong cash management and driving profit across the business. Liam is also a qualified business coach having trained with Meyler Campbell in the UK.

Jennifer Overbo, Vice President of Global Brand and Marketing

Chief International Markets Officer

Cameron Nott joined The Myers-Briggs Company in 2008. Cameron has responsibility for leading the Australian and Singapore subsidiaries of The Myers-Briggs Company as well as the management and growth of the company’s international training and distribution network. During his tenure he has expanded operations into new territories, launched customer development initiatives and driven operational efficiencies. Prior to joining The Myers-Briggs Company, Cameron held commercial leadership positions in the finance sector. 

As a registered psychologist and a member of the company’s training faculty, Cameron is an expert in the application of psychological assessments and methods in the areas of leadership and team development, change, career coaching and talent selection. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with Honours, a Master of Psychology (Organisational), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (Corporate Finance/Advisory) and a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD.
