Research into MBTI type, neurodivergence, and neurodiversity

MBTI type and neurodiversity
15 to 20% of the world's population are neurodivergent, but their experience of the workplace can contrast unfavorably with that of the neurotypical majority. This research by The Myers-Briggs Company investigates these differences and makes practical recommendations for organizations and individuals.

Drawing on data from over 1,000 people, the study also looks at how personality type relates to different forms of neurodivergence, such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorder, and at how completing the MBTI® assessment and receiving feedback has been useful, or counter-productive, for neurodivergent people.
