Change is a constant in our lives—arguably more so than ever before. For organizations, external pressures can impact and disrupt individual and team dynamics, overarching purpose, working culture, and employee engagement and retention. In this workshop, we recognize that it isn’t the process of change that people find difficult; it’s the human psychological transition that presents the real challenge.
Participants will explore this psychological transition by first understanding their own attitude and approach. Through the lens of MBTI® type, they will develop an appreciation of how others approach and react to change and consider how to work effectively together. Participants will be given tips and actions to navigate change more successfully by leveraging insights about their own style and flexing to meet the needs of others.

Stress is the feeling of being under too much mental or emotional pressure. Feelings of stress can prevent you from dealing effectively with the everyday demands of your work or home life.
Resilience is the ability to get back to a state of normal functioning after experiencing pressure without any negative effects.
Our research indicates that people tend to have different stress triggers and react to stress in different ways, which can then impact personal and working relationships. Understanding your own motivations, stress triggers, and responses to stress allows you to build the resilience to weather the challenges that life presents.
