When we set out to collect further validation evidence for the 16PF® psychometric tool, we made some very interesting discoveries about how we live our lives today - and why.

And much more: the kind of people who prefer cats over dogs, who gets the most stressed out by public speaking, and the favourite hobbies of French people! These, and many other findings were revealed during extensive research completed in four European countries*.

*The study was of a representative population sample of approximately 3,500 people in the UK, Ireland, France and the Netherlands.
