Office hours
Our UK office will close at midday on Christmas Eve. It will reopen on January 2, 2020.

Orders and delivery dates
If you need physical product delivered to the UK and Ireland by December 31, 2019, place your order by 2.30pm (UK time) on Friday 20 December.
Here’s a summary of the key information.
- Order by 2.30pm on Friday 20 December for delivery by Tuesday 31 December.
- Orders placed by 3.45pm on Monday 23 December will be dispatched on Monday 23 December (delivery dates will vary)
- Orders placed after 3.45pm on Monday 23 December will be dispatched when we re-open on January 2
You can order credits and eBooks online through the festive period in the usual way – normal conditions apply.
