What does successful leadership look like?
This question, from OPP Principal Consultant Katy Lyne, kicked off the development programme for technology marketing specialists bChannels. The company realised that in order to meet their ambitious targets after a period of swift growth, they needed a new leadership framework, and they needed a perspective that came from outside the company.
OPP helped the bChannels leaders to develop a framework, find their definition of success and realise the importance of their own roles within the company.
