After rapid growth, PIC found that they needed to review their values and their people-management processes to help them achieve their future objectives
Following an eight-year spell of growth, which saw them expand from a start-up to a company with over 100 employees, Pension Insurance Corporation plc (PIC) decided that some of their values and frameworks needed an overhaul.
After approaching OPP for support, our consultants developed a two-stage programme: first, they designed a values framework and a capability framework. Second, they helped to embed them into PIC’s culture.
