OPP retains Investors in People status
Investors in People – the internationally-recognised standard for people management – has re-accredited OPP in its latest assessment
After first applying for Investors in People status in 2007, 
OPP’s HR practices have been rigorously assessed every three years since then.
OPP CEO, Penny Moyle, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have achieved Investors in People re-accreditation. Our mission is to help people and organisations to unlock their potential, and for us to be recognised in this way is something we are very proud of. The Investors in People criteria feel natural and engrained in OPP culture, and given that we are in the business of advising and guiding others, this re-accreditation shows that we are certainly walking the talk.”
Noted changes since our 2013 accreditation include:
- Strong focus on the commercial marketplace
- Excellent management following targeted management development programmes
- Clear business plan that is understood by employees
Investors in People was established in 1991. Its accreditation is held by 14,000 organisations around the world and is recognised as the standard that defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results.
