A large health and beauty retailer, already familiar with MBTI Step I, develop their knowledge further with an MBTI Step II team development session this week. The session helps the team to appreciate the value of difference and understand how to work more effectively together.

An ongoing piece of work with a multinational online media company is being brought to a close this week, with our consultants out delivering a fourth set of coaching development sessions. The project has supported executive level team members in developing their capability to work at a more senior level through a challenging time of organisational change.

This week also sees the final workshop of an ongoing leadership programme the consultancy team has designed and delivered for a large community pharmacy network. The workshops incorporate the TKI tool to allow exploration of individual approaches to conflict, and positive ways to handle different conflict situations.

Finally for this round-up, our consultants continue to deliver group supervision and CPD sessions for coaches working in the aviation industry, providing ongoing support for internal coaches.
