Global technology: leadership
The focus for this client is to design a leadership framework which identifies the strengths and gaps in their leadership population, and provides a common language to help with leadership development. This week our consultants are conducting one-to-one interviews with key stakeholders outside of the UK to ensure there is input from across the business.
Recruitment: the power of personality
This week sees the last of five one-day workshops which introduces the sales consultants for a large recruitment company to the power of personality in their role. Our team have been supporting this client for the past two years and will continue to do so into 2016.
Design/lighting: team development
Earlier in the year, OPP consultants delivered individual MBTI feedback sessions to a design-led client in the lighting sector, drawing on MBTI Step II to support the development of the Senior Management Team. We’re working with this client to foster productive relationships across the team.
Healthcare: leadership and influencing
This week, as part of our ongoing programme of Strategic Influencing workshops, we are working with a team of senior leaders in the healthcare sector. The programme provides support to those who work in complex stakeholder environments, and who need to exert influence across team and organisational boundaries. Leaders will gain practical insights on their own approaches to influencing others (drawing on the MBTI tool), and will develop action plans and influencing skills.
