MBTI Foundation Programme launches in The Netherlands

New blended learning format and resources for updated Dutch MBTI qualification course

HR and L&D professionals based in The Netherlands and Belgium will now benefit from OPP's enhanced MBTI Foundation Programme.

The new training programme takes a blended learning approach, combining online study with experiential classroom time. Online modules enable participants to develop their knowledge of Type theory in their own time, while the sessions spent with other participants focus on the practical application of the globally popular assessment.

Now a 4-day course (3 days + 1 follow up day), the MBTI Foundation Programme trains participants to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator with less time out of the office. Practical sessions are supported by a range of new materials that equip attendees to apply MBTI insights confidently and professionally post qualification, including:

Feedback Cards to support individual feedback
The Group Feedback Group Kit with fun exercises to use with teams
Flip A Type Tip to help end users to work more effectively with others

The first Dutch language MBTI Foundation Programme takes place on 8 - 10 December + 13 January 2016 in Amsterdam.
