16% more delegates attended OPP’s MBTI Foundation Programme in 2013 than in the previous year.
The MBTI process remains a highly popular framework for personal and organisational development across the world.
With places already filling for forthcoming 2014 Foundation and related MBTI-based courses, the 16% increase is testament to the continuing popularity of the 70-year-old instrument.
This popularity is no mystery. The MBTI has a great reputation, with 79% of the FTSE 100 and 70% of the Fortune 500 using it. It is estimated that the massed community of MBTI practitioners delivers more than two million active applications of the MBTI process each year.
The key to this success is probably the great versatility of the MBTI process, relevant in any career, at all levels, throughout an individual’s life. It has lasting impact, and the fact that people see the process in action, working positively, makes a greater impression than any testimonial ever could.
The MBTI Foundation Programme is the first step for an MBTI practitioner. We expect 2014 to continue the rise in delegate numbers – check out available UK training dates here.
