UPS: our new courier
OPP is pleased to announce its new partnership with UPS. They are now our supplier for all client product deliveries across the UK, Europe and internationally.
The decision to change our supplier has been driven by customer feedback and the need to provide a more reliable service for our clients, particularly within mainland Europe.
Our delivery prices have been held for a number of years despite increasing costs. UK prices will remain the same at £7.50 per delivery on a next day by 17:00 service (on orders received before 15:30). The standard charge to clients in mainland Europe has increased slightly from €11.25 to €13 for a 2-3 day service.*
These standard charges are fixed for orders up to 20kg giving you the opportunity to bulk order or order on behalf of your colleagues too.

(*Note for customers in Switzerland: our standard delivery charge to Switzerland is reducing to £30/€40 for a 2-3 day service. However, OPP will no longer be responsible for paying customs charges for all Swiss deliveries, so please ensure that you have the relevant documents in place to receive your goods. UPS will contact you to discuss payment prior to the release of your order from customs.)
