Programme announced for MBTI^® Users Conference in Shanghai

More details have been issued about what MBTI practitioners can expect from this keenly awaited full-day event later this month. The key topics will be:

• How leading global organisations are developing talent
• Leadership and coaching case studies
• Cross-cultural team development 
• The latest research and study in applying the MBTI assessment in talent development and teambuilding

There will also be a programme of hands-on activities to help delegates apply MBTI teambuilding within their own organisations. With a variety of speakers both from CPP and its sister organisations, and from renowned companies that use the MBTI tool for development, the conference promises to be action-packed and enlightening.
