For many people who receive MBTI feedback, knowing their four-letter type and understanding that people have different preferences is often where their journey ends. Over recent months, OPP has been working to improve the value of its MBTI practitioner training and the ways that users can apply MBTI insights to a wide range of issues and life-long development.
OPP's qualification course for MBTI practitioners - the MBTI Foundation Programme - incorporates a new recommended feedback process and introduces several new resources which provide a platform for users to continue their application of type beyond their feedback session.
In a free-to-attend webinar at 3pm on Wednesday 30 January, OPP's Learning Implementation and Development Manager, Pauline Siddons, will be explaining the changes to the MBTI feedback process, and sharing her experiences of using newly developed type materials including:
- practitioner feedback prompt cards to facilitate better quality individual feedback sessions
- a group feedback kit containing interactive exercises to help clients identify their best-fit type as a group
- a practical desk resource that makes the MBTI concepts readily available for clients to refer to, supporting their ongoing development
This webinar is designed for MBTI practitioners who qualified before July 2012, when the MBTI Foundation Programme was introduced. Places can be booked via OPP's webcast channel.
