OPP’s R & D Managing Consultant Rob Bailey will be presenting a round-up of recent OPP research at the annual New Frontiers in Psychometrics Seminar.
Rob is one of four eminent speakers at the event, which is organised by The Psychometrics Forum.
Each year the seminar looks at new concepts in psychometrics. It presents the latest thinking and findings in the industry, looking at such areas as new applications, new insights, new models of personality, ability and competence, and new methods of test administration.
In addition to Rob’s contributions, this year’s event also features speakers on subjects ranging from The Big Five and the Great 8 Factors, to Hofstede cultural dimensions and the development of a new open-source online adaptive test.
