Cherwell School used the 16PF and ABLE tools to recruit a new headteacher
Cherwell School faced the challenge of appointing a new headteacher who would be able to build on their momentum, continuing the school's academic excellence and strong links with the community. Using 16PF and ABLE tests allowed the Governing Body to feel 100% confident that they recruited the right person.
