Learn from experts
Public certification is delivered by our faculty of MBTI experts. You will receive individual coaching on your MBTI feedback skills from experienced facilitators, building your toolkit and your confidence.

In-person or virtual training
For your convenience, our public program is delivered both in-person and virtually throughout the year. Check the current certification schedule to find dates and locations that work for you.

Peer learning and networking
Part of what makes the program so engaging and effective is the opportunity to interact with other participants from diverse industries and backgrounds. By its nature, virtual training offers fewer informal interactions; however, all public certification sessions include a range of peer-to-peer learning activities.

Receive CCE hours
One of the many benefits of becoming MBTI certified is receiving Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours for the work you put in. Both in-person and virtual certification sessions are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). See the available hours.

1. Choose your preferred session—MBTI Step I certification, MBTI Step II certification, or both—and whether you prefer in-person or virtual training.
2. Book your preferred dates. You’ll receive a discount if you book for MBTI Step I certification and MBTI Step II certification at the same time.
3. Complete the online prework before your session start date. Each program includes around three hours of prework.
4. Attend the three-day program for MBTI Step I certification (followed by a two-day program for MBTI Step II certification).
5. Complete all learning assignments and pass an assessed feedback session and multiple-choice online exam to become an MBTI Certified Practitioner.
