Research suggests only 8% of people stick to their New Year Resolution. But is it the kinds of resolution we make that means we’re mostly unsuccessful? 

In 2015 the top three resolutions were:

  1. Lose weight
  2. Get organised
  3. Spend less, save more
But what if we make resolutions that were specific to our MBTI Type?
