Our 2021 training dates have now been released. Courses will still run virtually, but news of the COVID-19 vaccine means we can start exploring face-to-face options for when the time is right. More information will follow when we have an update.
Until then, training is virtual. If you’ve wondered how the MBTI® Virtual Certification Program works, here’s a quick overview.
How MBTI certification works virtually
Virtual MBTI certification combines online learning, virtual classroom learning (three days), independent self-study, and an optional/flexible fourth day of virtual classroom learning. Participants receive printed materials before the course starts.
Courses are limited to 12 people – and the feedback from this has been very positive. It creates a highly engaged group with good access to the trainer.
“Absolutely fantastic programme with a real mix of group activities, self-directed study and breakout rooms. The Zoom organization was faultless – very slick! Thank you… the variety of activities were absolutely brilliant and really appropriate for my learning style.” MBTI workshop participant, August 2021
Remember that by training virtually, you’ll be doing activities and exercises virtually – great experience for when you deliver your own virtual training after you’ve certified. We even have a new range of virtual products and services to support you.
If you haven’t done a virtual training before, don’t worry. We’re doing everything we can to make people feel at home.
“This has been my first virtual training and I was concerned how the interaction within the group would work but it very soon felt as though I was in the room with the group. The sessions were very intense, with a lot to learn in a short time, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.” MBTI workshop participant, August 2021
