Leadership, emotional intelligence and coaching are among our consultants' sessions out in the field this week
The MBTI tool leads the way this week as our consultants head out into the global technology, not-for-profit and aviation sectors.
The team deliver MBTI feedback sessions with a number of leaders across two days, in preparation for further leadership development sessions later this summer. The client is a leading company in the field of global technology that wants to help an operationally-focused team to become more forward focused.
These leaders work in a unique and challenging manufacturing environment where last-minute deadlines are common. Our development programme uses the MBTI framework to help the team understand themselves and their behaviours better, understand the team dynamic, and the impact this may have on how they work together and with key stakeholders to deliver results.
Elsewhere, our consultants are delivering the third of eight MBTI development modules for a not-for-profit organisation. After successful delivery throughout 2015, our consultants have now further expanded the programme for this year.
This week’s module is ‘Enhancing emotional intelligence and great decision-making’. The workshop aims to raise participants’ awareness of their personality preferences, enabling them to access a positive way of looking at emotions and develop strategies to enhance emotional intelligence, in order to get the most from interactions with colleagues and their teams.
Our consultants are also continuing an ongoing piece of work with a cohort of coaches in the aviation sector this week, to develop the quality of the internal coaching they provide. This work focuses on best practice in coaching supervision and ensures ongoing high quality coaching delivery to their leaders.
