Improved system for OPPassessment credits

OPP has given customers more control over their online credits

The new changes to the functionality on OPPassessment give greater flexibility in the use of prepaid credits, making it easier for customers to manager their accounts.

OPPassessment logoIn response to customer feedback, we have made an improvement to the way customers manage their prepaid credits and other payment options on OPPassessment. Where previously the system would default to using prepaid practitioner and then company credits when a purchase was being made, there is now the option to select which payment method is used, depending on individual preference. This means OPPassessment users can choose between practitioner credits, company credits, whichever is due to expire the soonest, or credit/debit card.

Practitioners can set their default sequence, and can override that on an order-by-order basis if they so choose. If the practitioner does not specify their preferred sequence, credits will be used in expiry order, regardless of whether they are company or practitioner credits.

It is hoped that this system will be more useful and more transparent for OPPassessment users.
