OPP presents papers on personality in the workplace at key industry event
At the British Psychological Society’s annual Division of Occupational Psychology Conference in January, OPP presented new research revealing what personality can tell us about career choice, career success and stress. Our experts also contributed to a lively discussion about how personality itself should be defined.
