For many people who receive MBTI feedback, knowing their four-letter type and understanding that people have different preferences is often where their journey ends. Over recent months, OPP has been working to improve the value of its MBTI practitioner training and the ways that users can apply MBTI insights to a wide range of issues and life-long development.

OPP's qualification course for MBTI practitioners - the MBTI Foundation Programme - incorporates a new recommended feedback process and introduces several new resources which provide a platform for users to continue their application of type beyond their feedback session.
