MBTI Interpretive Report for Organisations available in Finnish
As part of our ongoing drive to bring OPP’s products to as wide a public as possible, we have produced a version of the MBTI® Interpretive Report for Organisations in Finnish.
It is available to all qualified practitioners via the OPP Assessment online platform. This brings the number of languages in which this report is now available to ten.
The MBTI IRO report describes how an individual's MBTI type may be expressed in organisational settings, noting the respondent’s working style and preferences and offering personalised suggestions for development. It can be generated from MBTI Step I or Step II questionnaires, and provides individual profile data along with brief descriptions of type.
