This set of 53 high quality, reusable cards will help you navigate customers through the feedback process and beyond. As well as enabling you to deliver a positive, interactive first experience of the FIRO framework, you can return to these cards time and again to support longer-term development and coaching sessions.

Each card in the set is double-sided, mapping either to the FIRO-B or the FIRO Business assessment, and provides prompts and visual cues to help you:

  • introduce the FIRO model, contract, and explore your clients’ objectives
  • discuss each interpersonal need area and work through the FIRO scoring matrix
