World Well-being Week

Find out about well-being in 2020 and take part in our global survey

How are the challenges of 2020’s pandemic impacting people’s well-being? For World Well-being Week, we’ve pulled together some resources and would like to invite you to participate in our global survey.

World Well-being Week gives us the opportunity promote awareness for the many parts of well-being: social, physical, emotional, financial, career, community and environmental well-being. Given the current state of the world (global pandemic, lockdown and social distancing), it’s the perfect time to shine a spotlight on our well-being with the challenges at hand. If you’d like to do more reading specifically on well-being and how it’s being affected by COVID-19, check out these resources on mental health, and this article on social wellbeing.

And if you’re looking for advice on maintaining well-being during pandemic, take a look at these Gallup and UCSF resources.

In addition, we put together more information to help you when it comes to how the pandemic has likely changed your workplace. Resources like the Get more out of remote working and Managing virtual teams through COVID-19 infographics have great tips to apply during this time. If you’re looking for more type specific, in-depth information to support your well-being, our Personality and Stress in a Virtual World and How Personality Influences Virtual Teamwork webinars might be just what you’re looking for.

The Myers-Briggs Company is celebrating World Well-being Week by studying the relationship between personality and workplace well-being.

We’ve been researching well-being in the workplace and how it relates to personality since 2016 and are continuing this work in 2020 with an update of global workplace well-being and leadership. This ongoing research will help you understand how leaders contribute to well-being at work, and to track workplace well-being trends.

Want to help us with this research AND get a copy of the findings?

The survey is in two parts. The first part takes about 7-10 minutes. The optional second part of the survey is where you must opt-in to complete the items (this is also how we’ll share the results with you). This part takes 10-12 minutes.

Your individual results won’t be shared with anyone. Survey closes July 1, 2020.

Take the survey.
