Investors in People again

We help organizations improve performance by investing in people. We’re thrilled to be recognized for doing the same with our people

Launched in 1991, Investors in People (IIP) is a national standard for people management.

The Myers-Briggs Company has achieved this standard in every assessment since first applying for it in 2007. We’re delighted to have achieved it again.

Head of HR for Europe at The Myers-Briggs Company, Will Cleare, said, “It’s a great result. It shows that, through our people, we improve the way we operate as a business.”

The framework behind the IIP Standard is based on nine key indicators of high performance. The route to accreditation requires continuous improvement and benchmarking against the best.

“Given our line of work, it’s reassuring for clients to see that we’re as committed to putting people development into practice as they are,” added Will. "We don't just talk the talk!"

Investors in People was established in 1991. It started as a government project but is now a not-for-profit community interest company. The IIP Standard tests the alignment between people management and an organization’s ambition, and so drives improved business performance
