Celebrating one year as a B Corp™

One year ago, we became a Certified B Corporation®. Celebrate our first B Corp birthday with us!

On October 5, 2018, The Myers-Briggs Company became a Certified B Corporation. This week we’re taking a moment to reflect on our journey doing #businessasaforceforgood

As a B Corp, we’re committed to doing business differently and redefining what success looks like. This means moving away from focusing on profit alone and instead considering all stakeholders, including people and the planet too.

We are changing the way we work, and making decisions with our customers, colleagues, community and the environment in mind. Here are some of the things we’re proud to be celebrating one year on:

Charity partnerships between our regional offices and local good causes. In the UK, we’ve partnered with Parents and Children Together (PACT) to skills share and raise funds, but we’ve also supported the RSPB, Oxfam and Restore
A volunteer time off scheme for our staff, with targets that form one of our corporate goals
Adapting and updating our packaging and products to use more sustainable materials and reduce use of plastic
Improving the way we dispose of waste and recycle

We have lots of ideas and exciting plans to continue our B Corp journey, including plans to offset our carbon footprint.
