We will be closed on the UK public holidays, but will be open on the days in-between – see our holiday opening hours and shipment dates
It’s Christmas, but we’re still here to support you! Our Customer Support opening hours over the Christmas and New Year period 2017/18 are as follows:

ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS FOR PAPER/PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Ordering before Christmas
Friday 22 December is our last date for shipping paper/physical orders before Christmas. Please place your order by 14.30 (UK time) for it to be shipped on the 22nd.
Ordering between Christmas and New Year
Thursday 28 December is the only day we will be shipping paper/physical product orders during the holiday period. Orders placed by 14.30 (UK time) on Thursday 28 December will be shipped on the 28th. Orders placed afterwards will be shipped when we reopen in January.
