OPP deliver a range of business psychology consultancy every week, here are some examples of the work delivered this week.
MBTI feedback team event
This week Katy and Claire are off to Norway to deliver an MBTI team session. This is a follow-up session from 13 one-to-one MBTI telephone feedbacks for the executive team at a company that provides global geoscientific data products and services to the oil and gas industry. The event aims to help team members to develop an understanding of the MBTI framework as the tool of choice for development across the business. Team members will increase their self awareness, develop a greater understanding of their colleagues and look at Type in relation to leadership and communication.
MBTI for leadership, decision making and change management
Catherine is working with a group of leaders in the not for profit sector, delivering the second part of a two day development programme that explores the MBTI framework in the context of leadership, decision making and change management. Day two focuses on communicating and influencing; exploring participants’ preferred communicating and influencing styles and experimenting with new approaches and behaviours during challenging conversations.
