Reed Smith LLP declares its recent Legal Learning Network MBTI Step II Qualifying Programme a great success
The training, held at Reed Smith’s London office last week, was for MBTI-qualified HR and learning & development professionals in the legal sector. It provided a great networking opportunity, and demonstrated how deeper insights into the MBTI process can be used to support individuals in law firms with effective communication, decision-making, tackling change and managing conflict.
Reflecting on the session, host Alicia Millar, EME Learning and Development Manager at Reed Smith, comments:
"It was an awesome course, and we all got a lot out of it. People were really engaged – it was great to have like-minded, industry-specific people attending. We were able to talk about similar experiences and, via the insights provided by the MBTI framework, genuinely learn from each other."
Prior to the session, OPP trainer Leanne Harris had spent time speaking with Alicia to ensure the session was going to meet her high expectations.
"Step II is an investment in both time and money, so it helps to have the right trainers and delegates around you", says Alicia. "Leanne facilitated the session brilliantly, and her knowledge and expertise impressed us all. She ensured that people got to work with everyone in the room, not just with familiar colleagues. We found it extremely relevant to work with peers in our industry in this way."
Reed Smith represents many of the world's leading companies in high-stakes disputes, strategic transactions, and crucial regulatory matters, with an uncommon commitment to developing long-term client relationships by delivering quality service and value.
