OPP now offers open access to the CPI 260 personality assessment for customers with an academic or professional specialism in psychology.
Not all would-be practitioners of the instrument need to attend the CPI 260 Qualifying Programme. If you are a Chartered Psychologist or hold an MSc in Psychology, you may be eligible to use the tool already, following our new open access policy.
The specific criteria for eligibility are:
A Master's degree in Psychology (or an equivalent) from a recognised university, OR
Official Chartership/license as an occupational psychologist (or equivalent) from a recognised body (eg the BPS), AND
Training in psychometrics as part of the degree course or Chartership.
The CPI 260 (California Psychological Inventory) is a sophisticated personality assessment that provides deep and complex insights for use in executive recruitment and development. It provides a unique view of leadership ability or potential that cannot be accessed by most other personality assessments.
A similar open access policy applies to the 16PF® instrument – follow this link for more details.
