OPP offers new EFPA-approved training course
OPP’s new BPS-accredited course Test User: Occupational, Personality (TUOP, formally Level B) launched at the end of January.
It aligns our qualification in two of the world’s most widely used personality assessments – the MBTI® and 16PF® instruments – with European Federation of Psychology Associations (EFPA) standards.
OPP is one of the first psychometric training providers to receive accreditation under the new guidelines and complete this upgrade. We also have the only TUOP programme that offers qualification in both type and trait tools.
Practitioners gaining the qualification will be able to purchase, administer and apply the MBTI Step I and 16PF questionnaires, and purchase the Innovation Potential Indicator (IPI) instrument from OPP.
