OPP founder in the limelight

Dr Robert McHenry has been elected to an Honorary Fellowship at Oriel College, University of Oxford

For most of his working life, Robert has had parallel academic and business careers. In 1989 he founded Oxford Psychologists Press – now known as OPP – a company specialising in personality assessment and the development of workforce potential. OPP currently employs 120 people in Europe and the USA and serves many major global corporations. Last year Robert gave up the role of CEO and is now OPP’s Executive Chairman.

The Honorary Fellowship is in recognition of Robert’s career in Psychology and his 42 years of teaching Experimental Psychology at Oxford University.
