Uit solidariteit met de zwarte bevolking spreekt The Myers-Briggs Company zich uit tegen systematisch racisme.
In een blog verklaart Jeff Hayes, CEO van The Myers-Briggs Company, zich solidair met de zwarte gemeenschap.

As a member of the B Corp community, we stand firmly in support of equality and racial and social justice”.
Daarnaast komt The Myers-Briggs Company zelf ook in actie om raciale diversiteit binnen de organisatie te verbeteren.
