Luckily for you we’ve compiled research from across the globe to show us exactly how and why we gather feedback, and what impact our MBTI personality type has on the process.
We’ll be talking about where different personality types might go to gather information, and why certain personality types may shy away from gathering the feedback that will make the biggest difference to their performance.
