Event Coordinator (12 month fixed term contract)

This role is responsible for Practitioner Development program coordination. The purpose of the role is to provide a quality training program coordination service alongside a small team of other coordinators.

How this role fits into the business

This role sits within the Practitioner Development Operations team, part of the Professional Services department. This team contributes to the overall success of the business by providing coordination for our public and in-house training in the use of psychometric instruments.  

Key responsibilities  

  • Support trainers, participants and clients ensuring training courses run smoothly and effectively
  • Provide clear information to participants on all aspects of training courses and to act as key contact to answer any queries received in a timely manner
  • Responsible for ordering and packing materials appropriate for training as well as liaising with venues and couriers to ensure delivery of materials
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients to support cancellation or transfer requests as needed
  • Provide administrative support to trainers prior to and during delivery of training courses including booking of travel and accommodation requirements
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and report on any issues adversely effecting client relationships
  • Take ownership of own courses, maintaining clear organisation and record keeping should hand-overs be required
