All personal data we collect, whether for the purposes of providing you with goods and/ or services, including through completion of our psychometric assessment questionnaires, or otherwise, is handled by The Myers-Briggs Company Limited (and our parent company, The Myers-Briggs Company in the US, where applicable), in accordance with current data protection legislation (including the UK Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR and EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and any applicable enacting, successor or amending legislation).  

Please refer to our Privacy Policy and our Data Protection Statement for full and detailed information on how we handle data, including how we collect, store and use personal data, our lawful bases for processing personal data, information on transfers of data internationationally, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA), as well as your rights as a data subject, including the right of access, right to object and right to erasure.

By receiving our goods and services, you agree that the data you give may be used by The Myers-Briggs Company Limited including, where applicable, our parent company, The Myers-Briggs Company in the US, for goods and/or services provision, account administration and product research purposes, and may be transferred internationally, for processing purposes to our parent company and/or other data processors.

We may, with the written request of your employer’s Data Protection Officer, HR Manager, Legal department or equivalent, provide details of your psychometric qualification status for internal use within your organisation.
