Celebrate the qualities of Introversion
Any MBTI® practitioner will tell you that no single personality type is better than another. Each type has its own strengths and blindspots - yet in today's world it can often feel that Extraversion is more prized. World Introvert Day was established to celebrate the often overlooked qualities of Introversion to redress the balance.

How do I know if I'm an Introvert?
- Ask your HR department if you have a qualified MBTI practitioner who can administer the questionnaire and give you feedback to get to your best-fit type.
- If not, look for a coach with MBTI qualifications who can guide you through your journey of self-awareness to be better at work and feel better in life.
- If you feel like you don't fit with your reported type, ask your practitioner to explore further with you, such as through your type dynamics or Step II feedback.
