P4S,People for Success' mission is to build self-awareness and materialize the human potential. This at the individual level, also at the team level, and as a whole organization. We believe it is possible to materialize and shape the human potential working to create value –Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is the tool we choose to make this challenge come alive. P4S is the product of its partners' professional experiences and their continuous learning guided by the development of the teams they lead.

In the pursuit for better tools and skills to develop teams and organizations, we use Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in coaching and several leadership and personal development courses.

Today, at P4S, we share the challenge to grow individual or organizational outputs with our Clients. We deliver this with self-knowledge and individual plans, team specific trainings and workshops, individual or collective coaching and team development programs.
